Homeless & Rough Sleeping
Street Support Bournemouth provide a holistic approach to help the homeless and rough sleeping Communities by working with other organisations to create a comprehensive package of help and care for those who are homeless or rough sleeping across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
The Bournemouth Healthbus Trust provides a mobile Doctors surgery by providing GP/Doctors and Nurses to care to the homeless and rough sleeping Communities by bringing the GP surgery to them for those who don’t have an address or can’t access a normal GP Practice.
BCARS – Bournemouth Cristians Alongside Rough Sleepers provide help and support for those who are sleeping rough across Bournemouth
